Receiving the diploma on the graduation day ITMO.LiVE

Dear graduates!

On July 2, 2022, the ITMO.LiVE  graduation event will be held at the Peter and Paul Fortress.

In order to receive your diploma on graduation day, you'll need to:

  1. Fill out your exit checklist via my.itmo.ru / Сервисы / Обходной лист or ISU / Личный кабинет / Административные сервисы / Обходной лист;
  2. Wait for an email asking you to verify your diploma;
  3. Sign up for diploma verification via ISU / Личный кабинет / Административные сервисы / Электронная очередь on the dates and time available;
  4. Verify* your diploma and diploma supplement and pick up your certificate(s) of previous education at the Student Services Office on June 23-30;
  5. Come to ITMO.Live on July 3 and receive your diploma!

The diploma verification and issuing of certificate(s) of previous educationwill take place at Lomonosova St. 9, 4th floor, room 1400 on June 23-30 from 10 AM till 6 PM by prior appointment.

Remember to bring your passport and student ID!

NB! You can only pick one day and time slot. If you don’t come on the appointed time, you will not be able to come at another time or date during the diploma verification period.

ONLY graduates who have completed their diploma verification will be able to receive their diplomas at ITMO.LiVE.

Application for holidays until July 31 can be submitted until July 27 in ISU / Личный кабинет / Административные сервисы / Студенческий офис / Предоставление каникул и отчисление в связи с окончанием обучения / Vacation period for graduate year students.


Graduates who have not completed verification within the allotted period can pick up their diplomas at the Student Services Office starting on July 4 at Lomonosova St. 9, 4th floor, room 1400.

Remember to bring your passport and student ID!

If you wish to receive your diploma before graduation day, you can only do that during the diploma verification period.
