If you have an Individual insurance account number (SNILS), you can be vaccinated at any health center in the city, at vaccination points in the shopping centers, and at ITMO University when the vaccination takes place.
To obtain an Individual insurance account number (SNILS) you need to bring copies of the following documents to the Student Services Office:
If you got vaccinated in Russia (with Sputnik V, Sputnik Light, CoviVac vaccines) you need to register with the Unified Portal of State and Municipal Services (Госуслуги) to receive your QR code. You can do this in person at any service centre (МФЦ).

If, after registering on the portal, the vaccination QR code is fill not available to you, then you should contact the health care provider where you were vaccinated with a request to update your data.
According to Order No. 3 dated October 12, 2021, of St. Petersburg’s Chief Public Health Officer and the Letter from the Russian Ministry of Health N 30-4/И/2-13481 dated August 24, 2021, you can receive a medical exemption from COVID-19 vaccination from your physician.
The exemption certificate will be issued by a medical committee from the institution where you receive treatment for the condition that is your contraindication to vaccination.
