Student travel card

Student travel cards (or BSKs) offer students a cheaper way to use public transport in St. Petersburg.

There are several monthly plans available:

  • universal student travel card (includes tramway, trolleybus, bus, and metro) – 100 metro rides and unlimited rides on other forms of public transport;
  • combined student travel card (includes tramway, trolleybus, and bus) – unlimited rides;
  • metro student travel card – 100 rides.

You can find the monthly costs for each travel card on the official page of the St. Petersburg metro (in Russian).

The following data is required for BSK etching:

  • passport data;
  • SNILS data (for Russian citizens).

You can check the data in the system in the personal account of the ISU: Administrative Services — BSK — Apply for a change of passport data. If the data is not current, you must follow the steps according to the instructions.
