FINDING THE VENUE

If a student completes their internship at ITMO University, no additional paperwork is required, even if the internship takes place in another department of the university.

The internship is carried out directly under the supervision of the internship supervisor/curator.

The final stage of the internship includes completing an individual assignment and uploading the report to my.itmo.

To sign an internship agreement, it is necessary to conclude the agreement and fill out an internship application form. Two copies of both the agreement and the application are required. The paperwork should be initiated one month before the start of the internship.

The internship can be completed in a sole proprietorship, provided that it is not registered in the name of the student.

The agreement must be signed even if the student is already employed at the organization. In this case, the student must also submit a copy of their employment contract together with the agreement and application.

An internship organization may be located in any city.
