Following the interim exams period or the first attempt of repeat interim exams, you may submit an application to retake one to two of the courses in the following academic year, one semester later.
As of September 22, you have an academic backlog in no more than two courses
You are not a final-year student
You have not reached the limit for two courses you have already retaken.
The application to retake a course in the Spring semester of the 2026/2027 academic year, based on the results of the Spring semester of the 2025/2026 academic year, is available from September 22 to 29 via your my.itmo.ru.
Please note that applications to retake practical training, research work, physical education courses, or courses included in academic differences cannot be submitted.
Second attempt of repeat interim exams period takes place during the final week between the completion of the course retake and the start of the scheduled interim exams in the semester.
If a course has been moved to the final semester of your studies, repeat interim exams period must be ended no later than the end of the theoretical study period.
Your application will be considered by the head of your educational program and the department responsible for the course.
