HOW DO I CHOOSE DISCIPLINES AND MAKE A SCHEDULE?

The selection for the fall semester of the 2026/2027 academic year will open on September 1 at 16:00 and close at 18:00. On September 2 and 3, the choice of subjects will be available from 9:00 to 18:00.

If you experience any issues during course selection, reach out to the Helpdesk Center.

Step 1

Open the my.itmo.ru website.

Step 2

Log in to your ITMO ID account

Step 3

Select the disciplines that are of interest to you

Step 4

Click on the “Go to schedule” button

Step 5

If desired, change the flow — the time of passage or teachers in the discipline

Step 6

Do not forget to save your selection!

University-wide optional courses selection will be open in my.itmo.ru from September 9 to 11.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION!

  • Wherever there is a choice, limits are set on the number of places, students sign up for free places, it is impossible to sign up over the limit. Do not delay the choice until the last day!

  • Those students who do not make a choice within the specified time frame will be automatically allocated to available places in the disciplines, if there are no intersections in the schedule, within three days after the end of the election.

  • Students who want to receive a diploma with the mark “The program is fully mastered in English” should choose only English-language disciplines/modules.

  • Disciplines written with slashes (/) in Russian and English are implemented in English.

YOUR INDIVIDUAL EDUCATIONAL PROGRAM!

  • On the portal my.itmo.ru In the “Curriculum” section, it is possible to build an individual educational program: determine the desired disciplines for the entire period of study.

  • The “Curriculum” section is always active and adjustments can be made in future semesters all the time (excluding the period of the course selection). You cannot change the past and current semesters.
