Active clubs are open to all members of the ITMO Family, have access to various ISU services, and can count on the university’s resource and informational support.

To successfully develop a club, club leaders need to understand the opportunities available to them and their responsibilities.
Consultation
If you’re organizing an event for the first time or need help with planning and identifying the resources you’ll need, submit the “Хочу организовать мероприятие” request via my.itmo app. The Youth Projects Office will get in touch with you and help you develop a comprehensive plan for organizing your event.
Media Coverage
You can promote your event through ITMO’s official information channels:
The ITMO.STUDENTS app feed
Photo and video coverage, as well as event poster placement on campus information screens
You can also submit a request for an event host and DJ.
