APPLYING FOR FINANCIAL SUPPORT

Choose the right criterion

If you fit several criteria, you can decide which one to use to apply for financial support this semester; you can also leave this for the Scholarship Committee to decide.

If the decision is left to the committee and in case there are different values of financial support corresponding to different criteria, the committee will select the criterion associated with the highest value.

Apply via my.itmo

Open the tab Financial support on the my.itmo app and apply with the fitting criterion.

If something doesn’t work, compile an application for ITMO Helpdesk. In this case, you will need to attach high-quality scanned copies or photos of your application, as well as supporting documents.

Make sure you meet the deadline

Applications are accepted until the 15th of each month (weekends and holidays are excluded).

Applications submitted past the deadline are transferred to the next month.

Wait for your application to be approved

If your application is approved, you will receive financial support in the amount corresponding to the criterion you applied within. The payment will be transferred to your campus card within the next payroll period.

The exact values and formulas can be found in the Regulation.
