ITMO STUDENTS Student Council

ITMO STUDENTS is the main representative body of the university’s students. It includes members of other existing student communities, such as student clubs, KronBars sports club, volunteering clubs, dorms’ student councils, Megabyte Media, and participants of ITMO.Megabattle.

ITMO Students creates a platform where our students’ different interests and experiences are all represented, thus improving the quality of events; increased daily communication will significantly improve the trust between organizations and student leaders.

What we do at ITMO STUDENTS:

Supervise the development of the university’s youth policy;
Accept requests and complaints from ITMO University students;
Facilitate the creation of student organizations of various types and levels (clubs, project teams);
Facilitate the personal growth and soft skills’ development of our students;
Connect with students and keep them informed via social media;
Organize student events and projects.

Are you sending an official appeal to the Student Council? Write to the post office student@itmo.ru . If there is a need to contact one of the Council members personally, you can write to his email, and put the general one in a copy.

How is the Student Council formed?

The Student Council is not a faceless structure, but a team of students representing their clubs, projects, and associations.
The Council is elected for one year, the powers of the current composition began on June 2, 2025, which means new elections are planned in the spring of 2026. All current students can participate in the elections in accordance with the Election Regulations.

Here you can find out which student associations are represented by Council members and how many votes they received in the elections.
