How to get financial help
To get financial help, you have to file a personal application in accordance with the criteria listed in these regulations. The application has to be approved by the Scholarship Committee (the commission considers applications from the 16th to the 18th day of each month)
Applications are accepted until the 15th day of every month from 10 am to 6 pm on office days at the ITMO.STUDENTS Office:

Financial help payment terms
Financial help is a one-time payment. You can apply for the same category once every six months.
The value of financial help
The basic amount of financial help is 4,000 rubles.
The decision for every student is made individually after consideration by the Scholarship Committee.
The financial help is transferred to the Bank St. Petersburg card issued to every student during their first year.
Documents needed to apply for financial help

students whose median household income is lower than the subsistence minimum established in the region of the Russian Federation where the family of the student permanently resides |

students left without parental custody |

students with disabilities of categories one and two, children with disabilities of the third or fourth category |

students who got married during their studies at ITMO University |
|
students who have had one or more children during their studies at ITMO University |
|
students from large families |
|
socially active students whose median household income is lower than the subsistence minimum established in the region of the Russian Federation where the family of the student permanently resides |
|
non-resident students who require partial compensation for travel costs during vacations and holidays |
|
other categories of students in need |
|
students who are registered at their main place of residence in the DPR, LPR, Ukraine |
