With ITMO.SHARE you can rent laptops and tablets for free for 1 to 4 hours a day to use them for your studies or work. 

The service is active at the university’s Lomonosova St. and Kronverksky Pr. campuses. You need to apply in ISU in advance to rent a device (ISU/Электронные заявки (Digital applications)/ ITMO.SHARE).

You can rent any device Mon-Sun 10:00 am - 8:00 pm given that you are ready to take on full financial responsibility for it. You also have to apply for a device on time to ensure its availability on the day that you need it. Applications are processed within 30 minutes on working days. The available devices have some software preinstalled and if you want to have additional software installed, you have to apply no later than 24 hours in advance.

We cannot guarantee that all software you request can be installed.

ITMO.PRINT is a free service that helps you quickly print your documents. You can print up to 50 pages each semester.

The service is available on two campuses:

• Lomonosova St. 9, 3rd-floor coworking space
• Kronverksky Pr. 49, 3rd-floor coworking space

ITMO.AUTHORS is a service that supports students in publishing their papers.

Here’s what it offers:

• articles on various aspects of publishing papers in English and Russian;
• assistance with scientific databases, lists of references, selecting journals for publication, etc.;
• FAQs;
• applications for consultations by experts of ITMO’s Center for Development of Publication Activity.

Thanks to this service, you can access thousands of ebooks and audiobooks in any genre.

In order to get your reader’s ID, fill in this form (in Russian). You will receive your login details at the email address that you put in the form.

Ready to go! You can choose any book you like (in Russian and other languages).

Important details:

• LitRes library is a separate branch of LitRes book store. Here, you can only get the books that are available at the library;
• you can’t get access to more than one book at a time;
• you get each book for 2 weeks, after which the books will be automatically returned to the library;
• you can hand in books earlier by putting them into the Archive folder.

Alpina Digital is the largest Russian-language library of business literature. Thousands of business books, audio, and summaries on leadership, personal efficiency, and management are all available in one application. You can even read offline and download files to your device.

You can see the instructions and register via the Alpina card on the ITMO library website.

With this service, you can borrow/return a book without the assistance of a librarian, as well as check on your overdue books or get a reference in your personal reader's account. Additionally, the station allows you to leave items for temporary storage.

• Your student ID (campus card) has to be registered as a library card;
• The book you are returning has to have an ITMO.Library RFID tag.

Storage lockers are available at coworking spaces on Lomonosova St. (room 1303) and Kronverksky Pr. (room 1300) 24/7.
