Student-initiated expulsion

• Fill in the request form by going to My ISU => Student Services Office; 
• Submit your request to the Student Services Office; 
• After your request has been processed, the date and time will be set for your visit to the Office to file your application. 

Within ten days after your application, an order for your expulsion will be issued. During this time, you’ll need to fill in a digital exit checklist by going to My ISU / Education / Exit checklist. 

After your exit checklist has been filled out, you can visit the Student Services Office to receive your certificate of prior education and certificate of study period. You will need to have your student ID card with you during this visit to hand it in at the Office. You will also have to move out of your dorm within a three-day period.

• Attach a scanned copy of certificate issued by the accepting university;
• Submit your request to the Student Services Office; 
• After your request has been processed, the date and time will be set for your visit to the Office to file your application. 
   

Within 5 working days after your application, the order for your expulsion will be issued. During this time, you need to fill out a digital exit checklist by going to My ISU / Education / Exit checklist.
