Dear graduates!
On July 11, the annual ITMO Family Day festival and graduation ceremony will take place in the 300th Anniversary Park!
In order to receive your diploma on your graduation day and take those cool pictures with it, you'll need to:
1. Get your exit checklist fully approved at my.itmo.ru / Services / Обходной лист or in the Actual tab of the my.itmo app.
2. Wait for an email asking you to verify your diploma. There are two conditions you must fulfill to receive the email: you need to have a fully approved exit checklist and your diploma and diploma supplement have to be fully completed.
3. Sign up for diploma verification via my.itmo.ru / Requests and queues / Queues. Every student will be given a personal choice of dates they can sign up for diploma verification within the period of June 22 – July 3.
4. Verify your diploma and diploma supplement and get your certificates of previous education at the Student Services Office.
5. Sign up for ITMO Family Day and come to the festival to receive your diploma!
The diploma verification and issuing of certificate(s) of previous education will take place at the Student Services Office on Lomonosova St. 9 from June 22 till July 3 only by prior appointment.
As soon as the queue opens, every student will be offered available dates for appointment in the queue management system.
Please take into account that you won’t be able to receive your diploma before the verification period.

If you are outside St. Petersburg, an authorized representative can complete the verification for you – learn more in the linked guide.
NB! You won’t be able to change the time slot you’ve chosen for your verification. If you don’t verify your documents on that date, you won’t be able to receive your diploma on-stage on the graduation day.
If you don’t make it to the verification, you will be able to pick up your diploma starting from July 13 at the Office for Support of Educational Programs (Lomonosova St. 9, room 1419) from 9 am to 6 pm on weekdays. Please bring your passport / personal ID, SNILS (if applicable), and student ID.
We’d also like to remind you that until June 25, you can apply to extend your expulsion from the university via my.itmo.ru. The application is approved online; you will be able to retain your student status until August 31 if you have successfully defended your graduation thesis.
