ITMO.Mentors

ITMO.Mentors is a program that includes:

• Theory: Training in modern educational technologies, fundamentals of pedagogy, and the foundations of the subject areas of the courses that mentors assist in.
• Practice: Employment of the most successful participants who will be able to assist the most in-demand lecturers in conducting classes, consulting students, checking assignments, etc.

The ITMO.Mentors project was created to give talented Master's and PhD students the opportunity to fulfill their teaching potential.

On the one hand, ITMO.Mentors is an opportunity for students to directly participate in the educational process, and on the other hand, it is a possibility to ease the workload of lecturers.

Mentors’ responsibilities include: assistance during online and offline classes, exams, as well as in the technical organization of remote learning; consulting students on courses; etc.
