Who is it for?

Full-time Master’s students in their first or second year;
Bachelor’s, Specialist and PhD students as well as students not studying full-time cannot take part in the competition.

Stipend payout period

From February until the end of the Master's program (but no more than 6 months for students in the second year of the Master's program and no more than 18 months for students in the first year of the Master's program).

Financial value of stipend

25,000 rubles per month.

Academic potential;
Leadership qualities;
Motivation to grow;
Social activity;
Active research activity within the chosen field;
Good and excellent grades.

When and how is the competition held?

The competition takes place in two rounds:

The first round is by distance, application including a motivation letter and a thesis essay on the master's thesis topic.
The second round is an on-site round, in business games, interviews, case studies, and other group and individual assessment forms.
