Applications are submitted only by students of the budget form of education.
Financial help payment terms
During one calendar half-year, a student in need has the right to apply for the appointment of only one payment to him on one of the grounds specified in the categories of students eligible for financial help.

In the latter case, if different sizes of Scholarships are provided for different categories to which the student in need belongs at the same time, the Scholarship Commission chooses the criterion for assigning payments that provides for the largest amount of payment.
The value of financial help
The basic amount of financial help is 4,000 rubles.
The decision for every student is made individually after consideration by the Scholarship Committee.
