DEAR STUDENTS!

To apply for and receive a campus card (a bank card that functions as an access pass to the university’s buildings), international citizens must come in person to the Bank Saint Petersburg office at Bolshaya Zelenina St. 8-2, bldg. A, counter No. 19 (no need to take a ticket) between 10 AM and 7 PM starting on September 6, 2021.

Please have the following documents with you:

1. Passport;
2. Migration card;
3. Notice of temporary registration;
4. Your Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN/ИНН) number in your country of origin. If the number is not found in your passport, please provide a photo or scanned/physical copy of a document that includes this number.

Please provide the details of your MIR bank card to the university’s accounting office at Kronverksky Pr. 49, room 282 or send a scanned copy of the details to maklemba@itmo.ru.

ATTENTION! International students enrolled at the Faculty of Technological Management and Innovations do not need to submit an application to Bank Saint Petersburg; your bank cards will be issued separately.
