Obtaining Academic Documents from ITMO University

Dear ITMO University graduates!

You can pick up your diplomas at the Office for Support of Educational Programs

Address: 9 Lomonosova Street, room 1419 (4 floor)

Opening hours: Mon-Fri. from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m

Don’t forget to bring your passport.

Please, notify the Office in advance by sending an email with your full name, year of graduation, and faculty or group to osop@itmo.ru.

By notifying us in advance, you will be able to:

find out the exact location of your diploma;
arrange a visit at a convenient time.

Attention! To visit the university you have to submit an electronic guests application. The application is made by calling the department where your documents are located.
